Our Mission

Bridging gaps in care with compassion.

NSCI is dedicated to improving the health, dignity, and well-being of individuals experiencing homelessness and other underserved populations through community-based outreach and support.

We provide essential resources, health education, hygiene supplies, patient vital signs screening, and connections to local healthcare and social services — building trust and compassion within the communities we serve. By empowering volunteers and partnering with healthcare professionals, we create pathways toward healthier, more stable lives.

On-site screening to assist and help suggest clinics depending on results.

Warm referrals to local clinics, shelters, mental health support, and social services.

Recurring street visits that build trust block by block, person by person.
